Your responsibilities
- increasing the value of assets by actively seeking opportunities to optimize revenues and costs
- negotiating lease terms and lease agreements
- preparation of analyzes and budgets for real estate
- presenting available space to potential tenants and preparing rental offers
- supervising the work of Managers and subcontractors
- quarterly and annual reporting
- preparation of presentations
- support in the processes of real estate purchase and sale
- contact with agents operating on the commercial real estate market
- collecting market data and information from managers of individual real estates
Our requirements
- higher education in economics
- experience in the commercial real estate industry
- analytical skills
- communicativeness and showing initiative
- ability to work in a small team
- fluent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
- knowledge of the German language will be an advantage
- organizational skills and excellent knowledge of computer and office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- willingness to develop professionally in the real estate market in the field of asset management
